After yesterday's set back Sam has bounced back brilliantly overnight.
His gases are "perfect" and we are now working on getting him back on track for Tuesday surgery.
His circulation has now moved to a normal pattern which is great and the goal over the next 24 hours is to progress his ventilation to normal.
It is just amazing to watch how tough this little fella is. The nurses have realised that he is a very spirited boy and he is letting them know who's boss.

On another note, it is a great comfort knowing Ollie is happy and looked after. Mum and Dad are just amazing at times like this. Not only have our lives stopped for the foreseeable future but so have theirs without any fuss, questions or doubt. We love you and can't tell you how much we appreciate you x
That is great news guys! Nonny & Poppy are wonderful & are always here for us. I am sure Ollie is keeping their spirits up & giving lots of cuddles & making them smile. EM xx
