Today we are hoping to ween him off the Nitric and switch him to normal ventilation. They'll be replacing the Nitric with Viagra of all things, so it's not all bad for Sam (pulmonary hypertension was the goal when they discovered the rigid side effect, not the other way around)
Here's to a smooth day because the next 4 or 5 are going to be rough.
